The written agreement, not this website, governs the final scope, pricing, and terms of your specific project

Most fence installations within the City of Cape Coral and surrounding Southwest Florida municipalities require a permit. As part of our standard service, All Fence Contractors, Inc. manages the permit application, submission, and final inspection process on your behalf at no additional cost, unless otherwise noted in your agreement.
Permit approval timelines are determined by the relevant city or county office and are outside of our control. Project start dates are estimates and may shift based on permit processing time.
In accordance with Florida law, customers who sign a service agreement at their residence have the right to cancel within three (3) business days of signing, without penalty.
After the three-day cancellation period:
All Fence Contractors, Inc. provides a workmanship guarantee on installation labor. The specific duration and terms of this guarantee are detailed in your written service agreement.
Many fence materials also carry a separate manufacturer warranty against defects (such as cracking, fading, or rust), which is provided by the material manufacturer and not by All Fence Contractors, Inc. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product and are disclosed at the time of estimate.

All Fence Contractors, Inc. is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground lines, undisclosed property line disputes, or delays caused by restricted site access.
